Tom Lapcevic is the Executive Chairman and co-founder of ROR Partners, a digital marketing and data agency that focuses on active lifestyle sectors. Prior to ROR, Tom was the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at 24 Hour Fitness. Prior to 24, Tom was the co-founder and CEO of ClubCom, the world’s largest operator of digital media and marketing networks in health clubs. Tom sold ClubCom to Amer Sports Corporation, a public sporting goods conglomerate. Tom also co-founded and successfully exited two additional advertising technology companies. At Amer, Tom continued as ClubCom’s CEO and oversaw Amer’s sale of ClubCom to Zoom Media. At Zoom, Tom continued as ClubCom’s CEO and became President of Zoom’s local advertising sales division. Prior to ClubCom, Tom was the co-founder and CEO of Strive, a leading manufacturer of commercial fitness and physical rehabilitation equipment. Tom began his career as an intellectual property litigation attorney at Reed Smith, an international law firm.

Tom is the inventor of numerous United States & European Patents in the areas of digital marketing systems, personal media technologies and fitness equipment. He was a founding member of the Outdoor Video Advertising Bureau (now the DPAA) and has served on various media, marketing and advertising advisory boards. Tom has authored and been featured in numerous publications on place based digital media, mobile marketing and fitness technologies. Tom routinely speaks at digital marketing conferences throughout the world.

Tom graduated summa cum laude from Washington & Jefferson College with dual degrees in Accounting and Economics. He was honored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as one of the top accounting scholars in the United States and was recognized as a Capital One Academic All-American. Tom was a two-time GTE All-American in wrestling. Tom earned his Law Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tom and his wife Julie reside in the Pittsburgh, PA area. They have four adult children.
