In 2009, Pip Black founded Frame alongside her business partner Joan Murphy with the simple mantra that "Getting fit shouldn't be a chore." Ten years and seven Frames later, they continue to go against the grain, focusing on how exercise makes you feel, rather than how it makes you look. With more than 1,300 classes per week across their London studios, Frame always has a class to attend, no matter a person’s mood, that will fit seamlessly into their day. With the role of chief creative officer, Black oversees the Frame brand, customer experience and marketing teams, ensuring everything the company does is true to its vision of getting people moving and feeling great.
