Early in her career, JoAnna was fortunate to combine her passion for fitness with strengths in marketing and sales in her first role in the industry as Regional Events & Promotions Coordinator for Northwest Athletic Clubs, at that time, owned by Wellbridge. Eventually growing into the Marketing Director she moved her Team to Wellbridge’s Corporate Headquarters in Denver where she focused her experience on Sales Process & Training, Retention Management, Club Operations and New Club Openings. Before returning in her current role as Chief Operating Officer in July 2015, she took 3 years to develop necessary skills in entrepreneurial and financial management and business operations by owning and operating a membership-based, multi-site massage and spa start-up.
